Is the Eternize Cross waterproof?

The Eternize Cross is rated waterproof with an IPX7 rating (can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). However, it is recommended to keep it out of water to avoid potential damage.

How do I charge the device?
  1. ​Before using the Eternize Cross for the first time, fully charge it using the provided magnetic cradle and charging cable.
  2. Place the cross in the magnetic charging cradle, ensuring a secure connection.
  3. Charging should take approximately 1-2 hours. The battery will last up to 5 days on a full charge.
How do I turn bluetooth on and off?
  1. To activate bluetooth functionality, press the button located on the back of the cross.
  2. ​The cross will vibrate once to indicate Bluetooth is on.
  3. ​Press the button again to turn off Bluetooth. The cross will vibrate twice to indicate Bluetooth is off.
  4. ​Bluetooth must be on to connect to the app and make any updates to vibration patterns or programs.
How do I connect the Eternize App?
  1. Download the Eternize App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. ​Open the app, turn on bluetooth on both the cross and your smartphone, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
  3. Once paired, you’ll be walked through a process helping you select the program that’s right for you.
How do I customize the vibration patterns?

  2. Select from a variety of pre-configured programs, or create a custom program to set up vibration reminders that help you stay focused throughout the day.
  3. Customize vibration intensity and duration to suit your personal preference.
How do I choose preconfigured programs?
  1. ​If you prefer a guided experience, select a preconfigured program from the app.
  2. ​For example, the “Fatherhood” program sends gentle reminders during times you may be with family (e.g., morning, after school, dinner, and bedtime) to help you stay mindful and patient.
How do I use the community and prayer feature?
  1. Connect with other Eternize users within the app by searching for their profiles via the community tab.
  2. Once connected, you can send, receive, and request prayers. When you receive a prayer, the cross will vibrate, creating a shared, tactile experience that keeps you connected to your community.
How do I clean my cross?
  1. The cross is IPX7-rated for water resistance, so it can withstand accidental splashes or rain. However, it’s recommended to avoid submerging the device in water.
  2. Clean the cross gently with a soft, damp cloth as needed.
What happens when the cross battery is low?

When the battery is low, you’ll receive a notification via the app, text or email depending on your preferences.

How do I turn the cross off?
  1. To save battery life, you can turn off bluetooth by pressing the button on the back until you feel two vibrations.
  2. This does not turn off the cross completely, but it disconnects it from the app.
